Documentation management and Data capture in SAP system

Location/Purpose: Within O&M Department, under operational responsibility of Eva Rahamefy for Documentation management and Data capture in SAP. Job description: 1. SAP data capture of the following documents : · Work reports from the service technicians (working hours and travelling time) 2. Digital and paper filing of the following documents, as well as monitoring of the completeness of the documentation data base: · Work reports from the service technicians · Maintenance protocols = Service Manuals (First service maintenance, Blade bolt service, half yearly maintenance, converter maintenance, technical instructions, WTA…) · Periodic Safety equipment Inspection reports (ladders included) 3. Logistics · Occasional support to Logistics team (orders, delivery…) Required skills: - Professional English - Master Use of SAP. Proficiency in computer office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Rigour, Accuracy, Method
